Dr. David Lee is an ABNS board certified Neurosurgeon. He is fellowship trained in Orthopedic and Neurosurgical spine. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Spine Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, Association of Pre-sacral Spine Surgeons, Congress of Neurologic Surgeons, International Federation for Adipose Therapeutics and Science, International Society for Cellular Therapy, International Society for Stem Cell Research, Mississippi Neurological Society, Mississippi State Medical Association, North American Spine Association and the Southern Neurological Society. Dr. Lee began his medical career in research at Duke University and then continued at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he was in the top of his class and received numerous awards for scholastic performance. Upon graduation from the Neurosurgical program he became the first crossover trained Neurosurgical and Orthopedic spine fellow at the institution. He chose this route due to the immense complexities of healing set forth in neurologic and spinal diseases and trauma. He has practiced Neurosurgery focused on complex spine over the past 17 years and holds multiple patents for implant design. Dr. Lee was driven towards cellular therapy for selfish reasons; he was told he needed total joint replacement in his mid-40. He refused this and began an intense interest in cellular therapy to alleviate the pain and disabilities associated with his own condition. Having been successfully treated, he formed alliances along the way and began research on mesenchymal cellular techniques for healing. Dr. Lee also established bonds with other physicians from multiple disciplines to this end. Together, they have researched all aspects of the cellular process to achieve optimum clinical results. It is Dr. Lee’s goal to help patients avoid painful, expensive and life altering procedures and medications by treating them with cellular therapy.
Dr. D. Ross Ward is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is also a member of the International Federation for Adipose Therapeutics and Science, American Society of Sports Medicine, Southern Orthopedic Association, and Mississippi Orthopedic Society. Dr. Ward began his scientific and medical career at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine where he received numerous awards from both faculty and fellow students. While there, he was an active participant of research in the University of Mississippi Physiology Department under the direction of world renown scientist Dr. Arthur C. Guyton. He then attended the University of Texas Southwestern as a general surgery intern and continued his training there as an orthopedic surgery resident. At Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, he was able to train under some of the best orthopedic surgeons in the world. He chose general orthopedics because of the vast depth and breadth of knowledge obtained while in training at the University of Texas Southwestern. Following residency, he began a general orthopedic practice in South Mississippi. He has performed thousands of surgeries in all areas of general orthopedics including trauma, arthroscopy, and joint replacement. During his 16-year career, he has developed particular interest in changing the lives of patients using nonsurgical techniques such as platelet rich plasma and cellular therapy. After observing surgical related complications, he developed an increasing interest in the value of cellular therapy. After extensive research in cellular therapy, he, along with a panel of like-minded physicians have developed protocols for the harvest, preparation, and administration of cellular therapy. With this ground breaking therapy, his hope is that this will dramatically improve the lives of thousands and perhaps millions of people worldwide without the risks associated with surgery. Dr. Ward treats patients all over the world and has assisted in pioneering the safest most advanced cellular treatment process in the country.
